In "Glander's", our employees in the kitchen and the service staff are eagerly waiting to spoil you in a culinary way. The fresh seasonal food, with Mediterranean influence, is the main concept for our culinary creative-centre. The central theme of our menu-card is short-roasted meat from the local area. The area surrounding Verden is well known for game-meat, beef or lamb. We work together with local butchers and gamesmen.
We obtain other meat specialities from the most northern part of the North German coastal area. Selected fish from rivers and lakes can also be found in our seasonally up-dated menu card. Zander(pikeperch), pike, eel or catfish are just a few types of fish that we can fry, steam or poach for you. In spite of all refined products out of meat and fish we, in Glander’s, do not forget the vegetarians. Salads, casseroles, flambees and other dishes are made without meat in our kitchen.
